All your listings must be relevant to our Website in contents and meet our quality standards and set forth conditions. It is your responsibility to utilize the latest available technology for the highest possible video and audio quality.

3. Rating and Commenting
RealestateShot is a place where anyone can get honest and useful evaluations of their listing. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law anywhere where the Internet access exists. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities or court order requesting; we will disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials. RealestateShot reserves the right to remove malicious comments and to ban members who post malicious comments.

4. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by e-mailing help@RealestateShot.com and requesting cancellation. Membership is currently free; any other fees are not refundable. You may withdraw your listing from public display by notifying us in writing and allowing adequate time to comply with your appeal.

5. Termination
We may terminate your membership/subscription if you breach any of these terms and conditions or deliberately seek to circumvent any payment or security measures deployed on the Website, or we deem it appropriate. If your membership is terminated by us based on your misconduct, any fees may be forfeit. Termination based on misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms and Conditions will be at RealestateShot’s sole discretion.

6. Restricted Content
RealestateShot.com is a Website aimed at users over the age of 18 years of age. This Website does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please don not submit any personally identifiable information to this site. RealestateShot is not liable for the user created contents, linked videos and site comments.
